Attended a culinary workshop with a focus on zero waste at @baccaro_studio in Łódź today! We learnt how to prepare regional cuisine and traditional Polish dishes. I really enjoyed the soup that’s made with goose, ricotta water, potatoes and mascarpone cheese. Will definitely try to replicate it in Singapore using duck! Here’s the pretty banana muffin that we all enjoyed very much #polandtastesgood
